The bank loans are available from all major project approved banks. The all bank will be giving 85% of the amount from total cost of the apartments. The 15% amount customer should remit during the agreement time

1. Indian Residents
1. The 3 years IT return
2. Job salary details :Government/Public/private
3. The 6 months bank personal statements/company Bank statements
4. ID proof/Residence Proof
5. If it is company then the customer should give 3 years audited balance sheet along with IT return
